The peaceful surroundings and clean, comfortable cottage made for an enjoyable stay. The warm heating and immaculate facilities ensured a cozy atmosphere, just steps away from beautiful river views.

Yet, the initial communication left much to be desired. arriving to find our accommodation unexpectedly shifted put a damper on our experience, especially with two young children in tow.

Room was bright, struggled to sleep well.

We loved the spacious two bedrooms and the beautiful garden filled with flowering plants. Emily's help in securing a delightful dinner nearby made our stay truly special.

However, the check-in process was frustrating. We couldn’t find the key that was supposedly left for us, making us run back to the reception multiple times.

my stay was wonderful with friendly staff who offered loads of local insights, and the quiet walking distance to the charming Ross Bridge and delightful cafes made discovering this historic town a breeze.

The King Room with Garden View offers a cozy setting with a nice view and clean space that feels inviting. The location is convenient for walking to nearby attractions, making it easy to explore the area at your own pace.

Storage around the kitchenette is lacking. a few extra shelves by the fridge would be useful instead of a cluttered plastic tub for crockery. The bathroom could benefit from additional shelving for toiletries, and hooks for coats and hats would be a simple addition to enhance organization. The curtains sag significantly, allowing too much light in for a comfortable night's sleep, leaving the ceiling fan too noisy to use. Parking could use clearer instructions. a diagram would be a more user-friendly addition.

Can't recommend highly enough for a weekend rest
